1.Can i get refund after purchasing products?
Yes you can, we offer free return for United States customers as well, contact us for more information, but we have to several rules:
- product should be unused and the packaging should be available.
- perishable products like flowers, newspapers, food and drinks and copyright materials like softwares or art products like music and movies are not return or refundable.
- you should take action to exchange or get refund at last 30 days after shipping.
- Rings are not refund or exchangeable as well
- Supplements, drugs and underwears should be closed in box in order to be eligible for refund or exchange.
2.Are your products certified by quality standards?
Yes, our business is registered in United States of America and all our products are passed by US strict standards and rules.
3.How long does it take to receive the purchased item?
We mostly use USA national post priority service for all our products. it would be 1-3 days for national and 6-10 days for international customers after they shipped by us which would be usually 24 hours after product order.
